6- Defenition of Modification of Content:

The Parties are informed and agree that this License grants the right to Modify the Original Material in a manner that is not automatically granted by the mere act of Distribution of the Original Material, to make derivative works from the Original Material, and to Distribute such Derivative Works.

Modifications:

“Modifications” means changes to the form or content of the Original Material, whether such changes affect the meaning, look, format, style, or sound of the Original Material or otherwise.

Distribution of Modifications:

“Distribute” means transferring (or causing to be transferred) the Original Material to a third party in any way.

License Grant to Distributor of Derivative Works:

DEFINITIONS
